The Haus of Ease provides bespoke home organisation services tailored to each client’s individual needs. All services are customised and subject to availability.

2. Bookings & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date
The remaining balance is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in a delay, suspension, or cancellation of services

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require reasonable notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests
Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations within 72 hours may incur additional fees
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about their space and requirements
Ensure safe, hygienic, and reasonable access to the property
Communicate openly throughout the process
We reserve the right to refuse or cease services if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or poses a risk to staff or property.

5. Scope of Work
All services are delivered based on the agreed proposal.
Any additional work outside of the agreed scope may incur additional fees and will be discussed prior to proceeding.

6. Product Sourcing & Purchases
Where products or storage solutions are required:
Recommendations will be provided
Product costs are separate from service fees unless otherwise stated
Products must be paid for in advance or reimbursed prior to installation
Final approval of all purchases remains with the client

7. Results Disclaimer
While we strive to create functional and long-lasting organisational systems, results may vary depending on client habits and ongoing maintenance.
We do not guarantee permanent outcomes.

8. Liability
The Haus of Ease takes the utmost care when working within your home. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Damage to fragile, improperly stored, or inherently delicate items
Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

9. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle all client information with discretion.
Any images or project details will only be shared with your prior consent.

10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of The Haus of Ease and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if:
These Terms & Conditions are breached
Payment obligations are not met
The working environment is unsuitable or unsafe
